WEnvision is a digital-transformation consultancy inside SFEIR, and its published positions, from February 2024 to October 2026, hold one center of gravity: the obstacle to enterprise AI is the operating model, not the tooling.

Olivier Rafal set the frame. In February 2024 he argued that generative AI is a technology-product question rather than a data-science project: hire back-end, cloud and DevOps engineers, build a platform on orchestrators and APIs, fund it as a monthly flow instead of a one-off investment. His June 2026 text leaves the SDLC phases intact and rearranges the teams instead, replacing eight-person hand-off chains with a business-expert and tech-lead pair that drives roughly 80% of the production chain at SFEIR. He judges vibe coding untenable in a company.

Antoine Habert supplies the operational detail: AI4Ops from 2023, four architectural pillars, and the RAISE platform; then PROJ-AI in May 2026, with three active missions, 31 recorded decisions, onboarding down from three weeks to two days, and structural decisions traced rising from 30% to 100%. His caveat is blunt: "technologie 20%, discipline d'équipe 80%". The firm also accompanied AG2R LA MONDIALE on Almia, where a Champions IA network reached 7,000 users out of 8,300 employees.

Nicolas Suchaud closes the 2026 sequence by declaring the Valeur × Faisabilité matrix unable to sort AI work, since almost any use case now lands top-right. What none of the three resolves is whether an organization can rebuild its operating model as fast as the tools move.
